royalblue announces Leon Liebman stepping down
from the Board
royalblue, the leading
supplier of global financial trading software,
announces that Lava Trading Inc. ("Lava")
has filed an amendment to its patent infringement
claim in the United States, details of which were
originally announced on 23 June 2003.
The amendment alleges unfair trade practices on
the part of royalblue, in particular
in relation to the pricing of products and associated
services.
royalblue has been advised by
its legal advisers that amendments of this nature
are not uncommon in patent infringement cases.
As with the original patent infringement claim,
royalblue will be defending it vigorously.
