royalblue announces Leon Liebman stepping down
from the Board
royalblue group plc
("royalblue"), the
company behind Fidessa: the world's
leading trading software solution for the global
equity markets, announces that Leon Liebman is
stepping down from the Board after almost 12 years'
service as a non-executive director.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Liebman for his excellent
contribution to the Company's development over
this period, during which the Company's revenues
have grown from around £4m in 1992 to just
under £60m in 2003.
Mr Liebman joined the Board in 1992 and, as defined
by the Higgs' Code of Corporate Governance, is
deemed to be non-independent due to his length
of service.
royalblue announced in its Annual
Report for 2003 that it has appointed a firm of
Search Consultants to recruit 2 new non-executive
directors and this process is ongoing.
